Over 200 warehouses built nationally.BRIEF
To develop and realise a lifestyle driven housing product that
would generate interest and traffic in Delfin projects.OUR SOLUTION
Along with Delfin's management and project architect, we
developed individual Delfin Warehouses, aimed at capturing
the market's imagination. A palette of internal and external
materials, finishes, furniture and accessories was selected
and artworks were produced to express each Warehouse
brand perfectly.RESULT
The Delfin Warehouse became a must see destination for new
homebuyers. It generated huge interest in Delfin villages.
At Mawson Lakes alone, 300,000 people visited the displays.

65 attached double storey dwellings comprising lofts,
studios and Small Office Home Office products.BRIEF
To develop interiors, exteriors and displays that captured the
feel of inner urban living at Varsity Lakes.OUR SOLUTION
We developed external and internal finishes to provide a flexible
canvas that would suit the multi-functional nature of these homes.
A dynamic external colour scheme was developed for the
commercial street entrance and a more subtle scheme was
applied to the private entrance.RESULT
Strong styling and an understanding of how buyers would use this
home allowed us to deliver a memorable display that has ensured
the SOHO to be a very well received and saleable product in the
Queensland market.

To revitalise the clubhouse facilities while retaining its essence
and attracting future purchasers to the villageOUR SOLUTION
Working closely with Retirement by Design's architects, village
management and residents, arkee developed a new palette of
materials, finishes and furnishings to complement the existing
architecture and revitalise the clubhouse. Wherever possible
we used sustainable, natural finishes to minimise the impact
on residents' comfort as they continued to use and live in the
clubhouse lodge during the renovationRESULT
Existing residents are extremely happy with the renovated
facilities and management is delighted with renewed sales
in the village

and state of the art clubhouse facilities.BRIEF
To develop a palette of materials and finishes for the independent
living villas and clubhouses to be used to form the basis of a
national roll out.OUR SOLUTION
Working with Retirement by Design's architects we developed a
palette of materials that can be used throughout streetscapes and
interiors across three states and multiple projects.RESULT
Caesia Gardens and Rochford Place offer vibrant retirement
living with dynamic streetscapes, individual villas and statement
clubhouses. For Retirement by Design, they set the benchmark
in retirement living.
